Pharmacogenomic Testing (PGx)

Pharmacogenomics (PGx) testing offers valuable insights to how a person's genes affect medication metabolization also provides insights on how the gene affects the therapeutic effect of the drug efficacy and the risk of adverse events. The Principle Diagnostics Comprehensive Panel tests for the genes listed below which can affect several types of medications including Anti-infectives, Antianginals, Anticoagulants, Anti-Diabetic, Anticonvulsants, Anxiolytics, Antidepressants, Gastrointestinal, Immunological, Steroids, Oncology and Pain Management. This option also includes a Pharmacist report with medication feedback.

Hereditary Cancer Testing (CGx)

A Hereditary Cancer Panel (CGx) test is a type of genetic testing specifically designed to assess an individual's risk for developing certain types of cancers that may be inherited from their parents. This test analyzes multiple genes simultaneously to identify specific genetic mutations known to be associated with an increased risk of cancer.
